Q: How can I insert my own sounds into the Style Box?
A: You can easily insert any .wav or midi sounds saved in your computer folders from the
IncrediMail application itself! To insert your own sounds into the Style Box
(i.e., your own sounds or sounds from a Web site) and seamlessly integrate them
into your emails, simply follow these steps:
From the IncrediMail main window, open "New Mail".
At this point, a new "IncrediMail Message" will open and the "Style Box" will automatically open on the left side of the email.
Select the Sounds category.
Click on the folder icon at the bottom of your Style Box (marked in red).
Select sound file(s) that you would like inserted and click "Open".
The file will be automatically inserted into the "My Collection" folder within the Style Box of the IncrediMail email application.
Tip - How to save sound from a WebPage into your Computer:
Go to a WebPage with a sound that you like.
Place your mouse on the sound icon.
Right click and select "Save Target As". See example.
Follow the simple steps described above in order to insert sound(s) into your IncrediMail email messages.
