Q: How do I import emails and contacts (addresses) from my old email program to
IncrediMail? A: With IncrediMail you are able to import emails and contacts from
popular email programs such as Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora, and Netscape. Follow these simple
instructions:
1. Importing emails: From the IncrediMail main window select
the "File" menu, then "Import", then "Messages". At this point the IncrediMail "Import"
wizard will open.
Using the wizard, first select the email program you would like to import from and click
"Next". Next, select the folders you would like imported into IncrediMail. Wait
until all the emails are imported (this action may take a while if you are importing a large amount
of emails or emails with large attachments) and click "Finish".
2. Importing
contacts/addresses:
From the IncrediMail main window select the "File" menu, then
"Import", then "Contacts". At this point the IncrediMail Import wizard will open.
Using the wizard, select the email program you would like to import your contacts from
and click "Next". Wait until all the contacts are imported and click "Finish".
Note: If you would like to receive your emails in both your original email client and IncrediMail, make sure to select "Leave Messages on Server" when you create your new account. Click here to learn how.
