In the IncrediMail main window, click the 'File' menu (marked in red), scroll to 'Import' (marked in blue) and select 'Messages...' (marked in green).

At this point, the 'Import Messages' dialog opens. Select the email client you wish to import your email messages from and click 'Next' (marked in red).

Note: To view all the email clients IncrediMail can import email from, uncheck the 'Only show the email clients installed on this computer' box (marked in blue).

Click 'Select Folder…' (marked in red), browse to the location of your old email client folder and click 'OK' to return to the 'Import Messages' dialog. Click 'Next' (marked in blue) to continue.

Note: If you are unsure of the location of your email messages folder, we recommend that you select the 'C:\' hard drive. IncrediMail will search the entire hard drive and locate the necessary files.

Either select specific IncrediMail folders to import, or select 'All Folders' (marked in red), and click 'Next' (marked in blue).

Note: If you would like IncrediMail to import your email to a new folder, check the 'Import into a new folder: 'Imported from Example'' box (marked in green).

Importing a lot of email messages may take a while so please wait for the process to complete. Once it completes, click 'Finish' (marked in red).

Your email messages are now imported from your former email client to IncrediMail, and you may continue using IncrediMail.
