Q: If I have more than one email account configured in IncrediMail, can I select which email account I use to send my email?

A:
When you have more than one email account, your email is sent using your default email account, which can be configured by clicking the 'Tools' menu, selecting 'Accounts...' , selecting an email account and clicking 'Set as Default'.

Note: When you 'Reply', 'Reply All' or 'Forward' an email, the email is sent from the account you received it in, not your default email account.

When sending your email, you may want to select a certain account with which to send it. To do so, please do the following:
  1. In the IncrediMail main window, click 'New Mail'.

  2. At this point, the 'New Message' window opens and you can compose your email.

  3. Once you finish typing your email, click 'From' (marked in red), select your preferred email account (marked in blue) and click 'Send' (marked in green) to send your email.

Note: You must perform the above steps for each email you wish to send with an email account that is not your default email account.
