The IncrediMail 'Key Contact' list is a list of your favorite and often used contacts, and provides you with the simplest way to send your contacts email messages, by simply double-clicking the contact name in the 'Key Contacts' pane in the IncrediMail main window.
To create a 'Key Contact', please follow these simple steps:
In the IncrediMail main window, right-click the 'Key Contacts' pane (marked in red) and select 'New Contact...' (marked in blue).
Fill in the contact information in the appropriate fields.
Check the 'Add to Key Contacts' (marked in red) to add this contact to your 'Key Contact' list.
Click 'OK' (marked in blue) to close the 'New Contact' dialog and return to the IncrediMail main window.
Double-click the newly created Key Contact to open a new message, automatically addressed to the Key Contact.
