Using Message Rules

IncrediMail Message Rules enable you to divert junk or spam email directly to the 'Deleted Items' folder, move email from specific senders to certain folders or even simply color code incoming email.

To configure Message Rules, follow these simple steps:
  1. In the IncrediMail main window, click the 'Tools' menu (marked in red) and select 'Message Rules...' (marked in blue).

  2. At this point, the 'Message Rules' dialog opens. Click 'Add...' (marked in red) to open a new 'Message Rule' dialog.

  3. Configure your Message Rule with one or more conditions the email must fulfill (marked in red), the action you wish IncrediMail to perform when receiving the email (marked in blue), as shown in the example below and click 'OK' to add your Message Rule.

  4. Note: To configure more than one condition, click 'And' (marked in purple)

Possible Conditions and Actions:

Cc line contains Forward it to
To or CC line contains Highlight it with color
Subject line contains Delete it
Priority is Bounce the message to sender
Size is bigger than Delete it from server
Received from account 
Received from approved sender

Note: To delete the message directly from the server, you need to purchase IncrediMail Premium.
