How do I receive email messages in IncrediMail and a second email client?

If you wish to receive your email in more than one email client, you need to configure your email account settings in IncrediMail to leave a copy of your messages on the mail server.
Note: We do not recommend that this option be used if IncrediMail is your only email client. As copies of your email accumulate on the mail server, your email account will reach its maximum quota quicker and prevent you from receiving new email.
To leave a copy of your email messages on the mail server, please follow these steps:
In the IncrediMail main window, click the 'Tools' menu (marked in red) and select 'Accounts...' (marked in blue).
At this point, the 'Mail Accounts' dialog opens. Select your email account and click 'Properties' (marked in red).
Select the 'Advanced' tab (marked in red), check the 'Leave a copy of messages on server' checkbox (marked in blue) and click 'OK' (marked in purple).
Note: Check the 'Remove from server after '__ ' days' checkbox (marked in green) to delete the copies of your email messages from the mail server once the time limit expires.
A copy of each email you receive will be left on your mail server and can be received by other email clients.
