Q: How do I organize my IncrediMail Style Box?

A: IncrediMail enables you to easily organize your Style Box any way you choose. You can rename, delete, or create new folders, move your content from one collection folder to another and view your content in different ways.

Open your IncrediMail Style Box by following these steps:
  1. In the IncrediMail main window, click 'New Mail'.

  2. At this point, the 'New Message' window opens. The Style Box is located on the left side of the email.

    3. Note: If you are unable to see your Style Box, click the 'View' menu (marked in red) and select 'Open Style Box' (marked in blue).

Renaming a collection or content:
  1. Right-click a collection or content that you want to rename and select 'Rename' (marked in red).

  2. The content title changes to a text field and you may now rename the collection or content. Press 'Enter' to apply the new name.

    3. Note: The above instructions apply to renaming both collection folders and the contents within.

Deleting a collection or content:

 Right-click a collection or content that you want to delete and select 'Delete' (marked in red).

Note: The above instructions apply to deleting both collection folders and the contents within.

Creating a new collection:
  1. Right-click any collection folder and select 'New' (marked in red).

  2. An empty folder, named 'New Collection' is created (marked in red). Enter a name for this folder and press 'Enter'.

    3. Note: After the folder is named, it is automatically alphabetized.

Moving content from one collection to another:

 To move a Letter, Animation, Sound or Ecard from one collection folder to another, simply drag and drop the content to the collection folder that you would like to move it to.

Changing the Style Box View:

 Right-click a content, scroll down to 'Style Box View' (marked in red) and select one of the three viewing options (marked in blue):
  1. 'Text Only' - Shows text description of each content in the collection folder.

  2. 'Thumbnails with Text' - Shows thumbnails (small image samples) and text description of each content in the collection folder.

  3. 'Thumbnails' - Shows thumbnails (small image samples) of each content in the collection folder

Note: IncrediMail Sounds do not contain images and they can only be viewed as text.
