How to add new content from the Online Gallery

The Online Gallery has 1000’s of updated creative content like Letters, Ecards, Animations and Sounds that you can add to your email FREE.

To start using the Online Gallery:

1. Click the 'IncrediCenter' button in the main window of the IncrediMail application and select 'IncrediMail Gallery'.

2. Use the "Download" icon found under each preview image to add the content to your IncrediMail application.

NOTE: Your favorite email content will download directly into your Style Box.

Hitting the "F5” keyboard shortcut while writing an email will randomly select a Letter background from your Style Box collections. Hit "F5" as many times as you like!

You can easily move, delete or rename any Letter, Animation, Sound or Ecard in your Style Box.

Move: Hold and drag the content to another folder.
Rename: Right-click on content, select "Rename" and type in new name.
Delete: Click on the content you want to delete and hit the "Delete" key on the keyboard.

If your Style Box is constantly growing, it is recommended that you do some "maintenance" work on it every now and then…

If you like a specific Letter and want to use it in a new email, right-click on the Letter while it is in your Preview Pane in the main window of your application and select "Show Letter in Style Box". If you have this Letter background in your Style Box, IncrediMail will find it and open a new message with it as the background of your email.

In addition, you can use the "Find in Style Box" function located in the ‘Edit‘ menu of a message you are composing to look for a Letter background by name.

IncrediMail has some special shortcut keys that operate even when you are using another program or application (as long as IncrediMail is running in the tray). Some of the "F" (function) keys, however, are used by other software programs and are therefore, turned off by default. To turn them on, go to Tools > Options > Advance Tab and check off the "Use IncrediMail Hotkeys" field.

The Global Hotkeys are:

F6 - Check for new mail.
F10 - Compose a new message.
F12 - Open IncrediMail main window.
